We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as quickly as possible, so we use the best delivery companies in North America. Below you will find descriptions of the different types of shipping methods we use.
Smaller products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL). The average transit time is between 2 to 5 working days (not including pre-ship processing time) for any destination in the contiguous United States or Canada. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box
If the product that you are purchasing is a larger item, it will be shipped via truck freight, sometimes called 'back of truck'. Truck freight shipments usually take between 1-10 business days in transit to arrive (excluding pre-ship processing time).
The shipping company will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. In general, you must be at home to receive the order. Please note that if you are not available for a delivery appointment or the carrier cannot contact you, the order will be held for you for several days. There may be a charge for this service. After this time, the order will be returned to the manufacturer for credit under our Return Policy.
After the product is delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer's responsibility to unload it from the back of the truck. If the item is very heavy please ensure that you have assistance to remove it from the delivery truck. For an additional fee, the carrier can use a lift gate to remove the items from the truck for you. Inside delivery across the threshold of your home may also be available at an extra charge. Some truck freight companies can provide assembly of the items for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for more information on this service. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible
This method is just like "Truck Freight" except that the truck freight company will deliver your order to the threshold if yours is a residential delivery (this means to your garage or front door), or to the loading dock if yours is a commercial delivery. Unfortunately, they are not authorized to perform any assembly services nor can they put it in the room of your choice. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to arrange for any additional services that you would like. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services
Each product on our websites differs by the processing time, (which is the number of business days it will take for your order to be processed for shipment at the warehouse) and by transit time.
